HOW DO I BECOME AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER?

At Nox Anabel, we consider our clients as an extension of our principles and ideals.

We are delighted and honored to welcome you as a part of the Nox Anabel family. Upon registering, there are two methods to open an account with Nox.

Place your first order on our website and meet the minimum requirement of 6pcs (excluding sale items).

Place your first order by phone, a minimum of six dresses is required (excluding sale items).

After your first order, there is no minimum required.

Retailer membership requires a minimum of $1,200.00 (USD) per year to be renewed.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

You can log into our website using your user ID and password to edit your account information. If you have trouble accessing your account or need additional help, please contact us at web@noxanabel.com.

HOW SAFE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Our site is SSL certified which means your information is handled through a secure server and is digitally encrypted to ensure the utmost security.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and COD money order.

WHEN DO YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD?

Your credit card is pre-authorized as soon as an order is been placed. it will then be charged once it has shipped.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. We recommend that you contact our customer service for the latest status of your order. We cannot cancel an order once a package leaves our warehouse so please make sure to follow up with our customer service first.

DO YOU CHARGES SALES TAX?.

No, registered and approved wholesale customers are not charged sales taxes. For California customers, please submit a California Resale Certificate.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please register first to get approved as a Nox Anabel retailer. Next, you will receive an email with instructions on how you can place your orders by logging into our website as a wholesale buyer.

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?

Pre-orders are items that are currently in production. Pre-Orders can take up to 6-10 weeks for delivery.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

We have new arrivals on a weekly basis and we restock items depending on the demand for each style on a monthly basis.

CAN I USE PRODUCT IMAGES ON THIS WEBSITE?

Our photos are licensed and copyrighted by us to be used on our website only. Please contact us for details on how we can provide you with your very own product images at web@noxanabel.com.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?

yes, we often international shipping. However, shipment outside of the US may be subject to taxes and duties which will be billed to you separately by the shipping company. Please contact us for further details at web@noxanabel.com

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has slipped and details on how to track your order.
