ORDERING

• A seller’s permit is required to open an account.
• Existing customers must provide a working phone number, which will be used as an account number for every purchase.
• Orders are subject to Nox Anabel Inc.’s availability and, prices are subject to change without notice.
• Credit card, wire transfer, and cashier’s check acceptable payment methods.
• Please note there may be a slight color difference per production lot.
• Retailer membership requires a minimum of $1,200.00 (USD) per year to be renewed.
• The company has the right to refuse service, order, or retailer membership.

 SHIPPING

• The default shipping method is UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
• Orders can take up to 1-2 days to be processed and shipped.
  The shipping estimator provided at checkout will take our warehouse processing times into consideration when giving estimation dates. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when making your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
• Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
  Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed shipping confirmation, including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return fees of a non-delivery. Refused shipment, the customer must pay the round shipping fees of the respective packages and the handling fee of $30.00 (USD) per packages without exception.
• Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Nox Anabel encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
  If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Nox Anabel at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

• Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window.
