Returns Policy


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

Please see below for more information on our return policy.

*All sales are final on our merchandise. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted. 

*We do not accept returns or inquiries for exchanges unless the item purchased was damaged upon receipt, faulty, defective, or incorrectly delivered [i.e., the wrong item was received or delivered to an address different than the one provided at the time of placing the order].

*NOTE: Due to the delicate nature of the materials used to make our dresses, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur when worn, such as Missing beads/stones, loose embroidery, fabric tears, stains, etc.

*Sizing Chart: Note that our sizing chart is for reference only! Materials such as stretch or non-stretch might appear to be different measurements when trying on; please be mindful of the potential differences in stretch and recovery between the two fabrics. When in doubt, always choose a bigger size to make sure there is room for alterations so that can meet your fitting preferences.

*Due to the contours of a real body and shape, alterations are often required to make it right for every specific customer’s body type.

*Customer’s Responsibility: Customers acknowledge the right and responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery and to discover and provide timely notice of non-conformity within [5] days of receipt.

*Glitter and Glitter Stone Fabrics: Customers acknowledge purchasing a dress that feels rough from the outside due to the materials used but surprisingly comfortable from the inside. No Claim is to be accepted for the roughness on the outside. Items with glitter must be handled with care to avoid excessive glitter shedding! 

*Circumstances beyond control: Nox Anabel is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations for any accepted order or for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its control, for example, natural disasters, acts of omission of the customer, man-made disasters, epidemic medical crisis, material shortages, strikes, acts of terrorism, delays in transportation or inability to obtain labor or materials through its regular sources. 


* Duties and Taxes:  Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and, therefore, are non-refundable when your return is received. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly for further assistance. 


Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

 * Nox Anabel reserves the right to refuse or limit service to customers who cancel orders excessively. Excessive order cancel activity is defined as (i) $3,000 or more worth of cancellations within a 12-month period, with a cancel rate of 50% or higher, or (ii) $1,500 or more worth of returns within a 6-month period, with a cancel rate of 80% or higher. The cancel rate is calculated by dividing the dollar amount of cancellations by the total amount of purchases over the same period. Customers who meet these criteria may be refused orders, disqualified, or have their loyalty program benefits paused.


*All claims/inquiries must be made within [5] days of merchandise receipt based on the tracking number. They must be sent to us by email to returns@noxanabel.com, explaining the reason for the request, and must include pictures and/or video to show proof to make sure it is an acceptable inquiry.

*Once your request has been reviewed and accepted [Approved], an “RMA” [Return Merchandise Authorization] number will be provided along with a prepaid shipping label [Call Tag] so that you may proceed to send the item[s] back to us.

*The “RMA” number must be written on the box sent to us in a visible area to be accepted upon arrival.

*Any packages received without an “RMA” number are refused and returned to the customer at their own expense. Unauthorized returns will not be honored, and MTK USA, Inc. dba Nox Anabel is not responsible for any items returned without an approved “RMA” written on the package.

*The item[s] being returned MUST be in their original tags, labels, and polybags or comparable packaging to keep them safe in transit back to us, unworn and unwashed, including the original tags and accessories, such as Sleeves, Jackets, Strings, Tails, or Detachable Skirts, etc. then mail your return to the following address:

*The box/package being returned to us MUST be received within [7] business days from when the “RMA” was issued. If received after that time frame, the box won’t be accepted [delivery attempt will be refused]; the “RMA” number also expires after the [7] days and automatically voids the customer’s right for credit as well as making the customer liable for the cost of the return shipping label issued which will be stored as a balance to be charged in future purchases.

Our customers are responsible for letting us know if they encounter any unforeseen circumstances that may keep them from sending the goods within that time frame.

*Upon receiving the return, The item[s] will be inspected to ensure that the inquiry’s reason matches the state of the goods. If damages other than the ones mentioned at the time of submitting the return inquiry are found, such as Stains, including deodorant stains, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, perfume smell, tears, dirty trains, missing stones, torn straps or strings, etc.; the request for exchange or store credit will automatically be declined, and the items will be sent back to the customer at their own expenses. Failure to accept the items back will result in the items being donated to charity after [15] days.

*Once the item[s] have been inspected and the items have been approved, you should receive an email within 3-5 business days, providing you with your Store Credit Record. The store credit does not expire and is automatically applied to your next purchase.

If an exchange is requested, we can send the replacement, which must be the same style, color, and size as the one received; no modifications will be accepted.


All sales are final, and no refund will be issued.
